This giveaway is hosted by a collaboration of real estate agents from multiple brokerages for the Open House Home Tour in The Woodlands Hills, Texas on 04/19/2026. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The giveaway begins on 04/19/2026 and ends at 3:00PM CST. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

Open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and anyone involved in administering this giveaway, are not eligible to win.

There are two ways to enter:

Option A – Home Tour Entry:
Tour all homes designated by Sponsor during the Promotion Period and submit the required entry form.

Option B – Free Alternate Method of Entry:
To enter without touring the homes, submit your full name, phone number, and email address via the form at the bottom of this page during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries will be void.

One winner will receive: $100 Amazon or Target Gift Card. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or before Monday, April 20, 2026. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. Winner may also be announced publicly on social media. If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 48 hours, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its brokerage, affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for administration of the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
