Candis was extremely detail-oriented, a great listener, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. She was also incredibly responsive and easy to work with, which made the entire home-buying experience much less stressful. Most importantly, Candis helped me find my perfect home in Houston. She understood the features that were important to me—especially having a pool, high ceilings, beautiful brick exterior, and finding the right home at a great price. She was able to help me find a property that checked all the boxes and felt like the perfect fit. I truly appreciate all of Candis's hard work, patience, and dedication throughout the process.

Candis was able to get my home sold in under 30 days - which was a tall order since it was in a new construction neighborhood competing with all of the new builds. When I saw many resale homes in the neighborhood sitting for month after month, I didn't expect such a quick sale, but thanks to Candis' excellent marketing and positioning of my home, it went much smoother than I expected. She is a delight to work with and a true professional. Highly recommend Candis!
